Pelvic Floor Therapy for Women
Whole‑body, one‑on‑one care to help women feel confident, supported, and in control of their pelvic health.
What Pelvic Floor Therapy Is
Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized, one‑on‑one approach that helps women address bladder concerns, bowel issues, pelvic pain, sexual health changes, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic organ prolapse, and perimenopause or menopause‑related symptoms.
Treatment may include gentle internal and external assessment, hands‑on techniques, movement retraining, breathwork, and whole‑body strategies that support long‑term healing — always at your comfort level and guided with clear communication.

My Approach

I take a whole‑body, root‑cause approach to pelvic floor therapy. Instead of focusing only on the pelvic floor muscles, I look at how your core, hips, posture, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors contribute to your symptoms. Every session is private, individualized, and designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and feel supported and confident as you create meaningful change.
